FAQ'S

How long are your set’s?

​

Our quotes will be based on 2 hours worth of music, usually we would play 2 X 1 Hour set’s or 3 X 40 Minute set’s with 15-30 minute breaks in-between. This can however be tailored to your event which will be reflected in our quote, just send us an email!

Band Victuals

​

All acts require a hot meal and soft drinks on the night, usually provided after soundcheck or between sets.

​

​

Stage Space

​

Stage space depends on the size of band chosen, however our 5 piece band requires a 5 X 4 Metre area.

Are we able to request songs for you to play?

​

Our current set list has been expertly considered and assembled to make for the best possible experience for you and your guests, however we like to be as versatile as possible so we of course can take requests and adapt our set to your event. These adaptations in addition to your first dance of choice need to be emailed to us at least 4 weeks in advance so we can prepare the music for our performers.

Are the performers always the same as in your videos?

​

At Cheshire Entertainment we only use the best musicians in the UK, therefore each performer can be extremely busy with various other projects and international tours so sometimes the musicians are slightly different from our videos but don’t worry as we have a roster of first class musicians we can call on in this eventuality.

What about in-between your live sets?

​

We are happy for you to use our PA in-between sets to play music, whether that is through an appliance of yours or ours. If you are using one of our DJ’s they will cover this for you at no extra cost!

How do we secure our booking?

​

1. Send us an email for a quote

2. We will send over a contract which will need signing and returning

3. Pay 25% deposit of the full fee through cash or BACS

 

Your booking will then be fully confirmed!

Set-Up & Sound-Checks

​

We usually require 90 minutes to set-up and soundcheck, please make us aware of the easiest way to load-in our gear into the venue.

Do you provide your own PA system and lighting equipment?

​

Yes! Our quotes include the hire of the necessary equipment to get your party started!

​

​

Our venue has a sound limiter is this a problem?

​

No, at events where venue's have sound limiters we use electric drum kits, our sound technician will also mix slightly differently to ensure the same quality of performance whilst adhering to the decibel limit.
